Notice that the TNTWeeklyLows Index is currently at 8.4, which is the highest reading since the Index was constructed in 1993. Technically, the TNTWeeklyLows is designed to call bottoms, but, a handful of times the Index has thrown a spike up to more than 7. The second-highest reading since 1993 was an 8.0 on 12/20/19 with the SP500 at 3221, and by 3/20/20 the SP500 was at 2305.
